If you wish to cancel your order, please email us: kimmyfalls@hotmail.com as soon as possible to advise what outcome you require.

Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Little Ones by Kimmy Falls.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Little Ones by Kimmy Falls if a product has not been delivered. 

Little Ones by Kimmy Falls will not issue any refund for deliveries that are late due to the issue being out of our control.
 
Little Ones by Kimmy Falls takes no responsibility if the goods are damaged in transit. Quality packaging is provided to ensure its safe delivery.
